The store I help run has procedures everywhere. Laminated sheets, portals, emails, the heads of the managers who've been there longest. The audit still came back with two high-risk issues and four medium ones, because nothing told you what mattered right now. So I built it: a live planner holding the weekly script, handover, training and stock memory. First version in five hours. I'm in live testing, four days of shifts, 21 build jobs and 91 recorded changes.
